Western capitalist industry’s frenzy for economic results has brought incalculable disruption to the social fabric, to business itself, which has lost the moral and ethical principles of work, but above all to workers. We see very young managers at every level, newly graduated, with no real experience in the field and crammed with theories that, while fascinating, clash with the practical and objective reality of industrial processes, logistics, and personnel management. This general degradation is caused by a soulless business community, devoted exclusively to profit, which hires mediocre managers to enslave workers.
