siamo solo peggio degl’animali, a permettere le vergogne di cui si macchia l’umanità; loro seguono le leggi delle catene alimentari, noi, manco quelle…..riflettete, la miseria è ovunque, attorno alla nostra opulenta civiltà di merda…..

What Homeless Children Do For Their Family

I want to share a quick story about my night out in Los Angeles. Like always a group of us got together and from there we go out to a few local lounges and bars. Last night I was standing outside the bar taking some fresh air when I saw a child, maybe 5 years old standing next to what seem like a homeless man and his wife, who also was holding a baby in her arm.

I was very intrigued by the family and could not take my eyes off of them.. It is then I saw what made me realize I really need to do things different, I have to help more.. The family was standing next to a fast food restaurant across the street. I saw the five year old several times go in the trash bin and get left overs out for the family and the part that broke my heart.. I never saw him put anything in his own mouth first.. he shared it with his family, once everyone started to eat, he ate.. people, this is at 5! My god, times are hard and so many are in denial about it.. that child has no other choice but to accept his faith.. I will not accept this as life for him, Can you?

People can be so apathetic. They continue to ignore the real people trapped in poverty and homelessness. It’s almost maddening. The sad part is seven out of 10 Americans are one paycheck away from being homeless. There is a lot that happens around the world we cannot control. We cannot stop earthquakes, we cannot prevent droughts, and we cannot prevent all conflict, but we know where the hungry, the homeless and the sick exist, why don’t we help them?
