what does culture mean?

culture is knowledge.

Knowledge is the primary tool made available by culture, through which the human being draws his own knowledge, in order to contribute to evolution, to improve oneself and help our neighbor.
Knowledge is an elitist sharing of not a few, but it is a heritage of humanity!
Those who keep it and claim its paternity are fools, who sacrifice the potential of knowledge, sadly sacrificing their own petty littleness and narrowness to the altar of power, control and domination.
Otherwise it nullifies the proper meaning of our existence.
The knowledge of the three fundamental principles, man-nature-spirit, and the natural cohesion and systemic reciprocity of the elements, would make man perfectly integrated in his optimal terrestrial configuration.

Translation: we are a race of ignorant arrogant predators that impoverishes itself and its container
