Looting on the L’Aquila earthquake!

Divide into three themes in my speech:

First, I fully agree with the words of Gabrielli on differences of approach between the earthquake in L’Aquila and the one in Emilia. While in L’Aquila, applies the obsolete mentality and obsequious prostrante of expectation in the state, in Emilia applies just the opposite. Once again, cultural differences lay bare an Italy terribly two gears. Add (having been four months volunteer in L’Aquila) that the system of corruption and connivance Italico is the master: denounced misconduct and irregular and subtraction of Cultural Heritage, but everything was hushed up, and I was struck. In addition, many of the chatter heard by the same Aquilani believed “people stronger and harder you pull up your sleeves” is a lie derived from ignorance, are still there to wait for handouts, as always after our south is became caught out by the “Qualunquemente” on duty!

Second one, sentence of scientists to procure an alarm or active responsibility, instead of those who knowingly built in seismic zones with found materials (see the poor student house of L’Aquila), or those who haven’t warned the population of Aquila likely imminent danger, or those responsible for the emergence of population education (programsdoesn’t exist at both school and social) is proof that the Italian Justice system like the rest of the Italian State is in the hands of “Qualunquemente!

Third one, in L’Aquila in Emilia, the money collected through fundraising phone (sms) have not arrived and are so much many money! Simple because instead of being paid directly to the municipalities and the associations in the area, our money evolved passing through a myriad of state institutions and banks, where the “Qualunquemente” draw illegally for their own needs, concealing it behind a fair and just transition resolutions and technical / bureaucratic in order to preserve the amounts to fraud.

One of my profound and deep-rooted personal greeting to the people involved dagl’eventi earthquakes that have hit so hard!

“Qualunquemente” meaning: In an Italy from the gray-cement building wild and governed by the ‘law of pilu’ (note the headlines as mignottocrazia), is the political mafia and corrupt that combines the lowest amorality, lack of rules and civilization, and the nature a feminine increasingly foul-mouthed, which seems inextricably linked to Italy’s ‘Bunga-bunga’ today. It ‘ignorant, boorish and uncivilized who lives behind the society … unfortunately we have too many!

“Quaqquaraqua” meaning:  are defined as those who serve in positions of prestige the Qualunquemente so servile, and in general by the Quaqquaraqua when someone shows their ineptitude, incompetence and cowardice. It ‘an offense to be washed in the blood, in the world of our deep south.
