The Italian Istitutional “irresponsibility”
The state Italiota, on all levels, who face shield of tecnocratese / Institutional bureaucratic regulations, in order not only to take responsibility, but even worse not to show humanity and civilization, especially for the disadvantaged, the sick and needy of each type they are, can not be judged more than a vile coward parasite.
In Italy, this is the rule and not the exception!
Personally I would send them all to Gulag Archipelago!
