What is the culture?

 culture is knowledge. Knowledge is the primary tool available to the culture, for which half the human being derives his knowledge, in order to contribute to evolution. Sharing knowledge is not the few elite, but it is a World Heritage Site! Those who retain and claim the paternity of fools, who know the power of sacrifice, sacrificing at the altar of power, control and domination, sadly their own petty smallness and narrowness.
