Food Waste Management – Food Project!

What follows is my plan of recovery of waste / surplus / waste food, of course go on to describe succinctly and briefly. This project introduced him to representatives of institutions, which of course the waste and obeying the laws of the multinationals, they are look good, even taking him in a vision.
My idea was inspired after having carefully read and studied some of the people of a community social center of a Vegan Milanese, who turned to sustain the surplus / waste food in a supermarket.
My original idea in outline (also originally planning estendevo the food industry):
fully meet ethical and bio-eco-sustainable, starting from the implementation on a small scale using local resources, would be taken surpluses / food waste in the form of raw materials (including bakery) from mass retailers, will be transformed into food using community facilities existing on-site, and resell in premises provided by the City and / or local Caritas, to individuals, under the same local Caritas, the Associations support the hardships of old and new poverty and community canteens.
The benefits derived from this system are manifold;
– First of all offer private disadvantaged (unemployed, pensioners, large families, poor, etc.), new forms of livelihood of quality and cost more than halved by using the otherwise unimaginable access to mass distribution and lifting it in dignity and shame to seek help support,
– The second one offers an alternative center of listening to the Catholic world and the world of public welfare, where access is not ostracized or denied, but completely free.
– Third, the mass distribution is in principle favorable to the ideas of this kind, not only for a return of economically quantifiable image, but because decurtano substantial annual cost of waste disposal personnel for the handling of surplus / waste (storehouse / sales area / area waste), energy storage and refrigeration for food, and the costs more generally derived from the logistics of the excess / waste. Also they can reinvest the savings in providing the availability of transport (food boxes, pallets, loading systems, vans), which in turn call into the budget by downloading expenses. We extend this service to non-perishable abandoned for logical shifts marketing of retail chains.
– Fourth, besides the use of skilled labor and local volunteers would draw you to the recruitment of human resources, youth unemployment and old age, social and work reintegration of prisoners or persons with disabilities or hardships of various kinds, restoring dignity to people disadvantaged

– The ninth in my original plan foresaw the financial involvement of the local Catholic Church and Institutional as impacting the social, I offered an alternative to the social system, much cheaper and much better quality in material and human (consider that in my reality of Social Services, harnessed in the hands of technocrats Institutional entrust a ready cash for emergencies and deprived of basic necessities, including bill payment to support families in distress, directly to Caritas, which has a structure and adequately trained personnel)
– The tenth and last, always in my original plan foresaw the establishment also has a system of access to micro-credit lending moral economy, leaning on the Ethical Bank, both for the sustenance of the discomfort, but also to stimulate the local micro-entrepreneurship .
In a general principle, this design scheme, can be applied to “n” in any field of transformation, going from small company to an international project planning, we consider that this system can be applied to industrial waste, and if I think of tons food destroyed demented logic of intra-European market could feed half the planet at a reduced cost, apart from GM.
